Overview
The Ooty Gymkhana Club website project focused on transforming the club’s digital identity with a modern, elegant, and user-friendly platform. The goal was to represent the club’s heritage, premium sports facilities, and membership experience through a refined UI/UX design. The redesigned website provides clear information on golf, accommodation, dining, events, and membership, while ensuring smooth navigation and a visually rich presentation that reflects the unique ambience of the club.
Problem Statement
The previous website had an outdated layout, inconsistent design elements, and limited content structure, making it difficult for users to find essential information or engage with the club’s offerings. Members and visitors often struggled to navigate facilities, membership options, booking details, and event updates. The site lacked visual appeal, mobile responsiveness, proper UI flow, and brand representation. This not only affected user experience but also reduced the club’s ability to showcase its premium environment and attract new memberships or enquiries.
Solution
We developed a completely refreshed, responsive, and visually appealing website with a strong UI/UX foundation tailored to the club’s brand identity. The new design features high-quality visuals, structured facility pages, simplified navigation menus, and well-organized content for golf, membership, amenities, and events. The layout was optimized for mobile performance, readability, and user engagement. Clear enquiry paths, improved accessibility, and faster loading speed were implemented to enhance overall interaction. This modern digital experience now allows members and guests to explore the club’s offerings effortlessly while strengthening Ooty Gymkhana Club’s online presence and credibility.
Problem Statement
Before the new web application, the temple management faced several challenges:
- Outdated website design that did not align with current design trends or support responsive layouts
- Manual handling of donations and event registrations, leading to tracking difficulties
- No integrated system for booking poojas or temple services online
- Lack of a unified platform to manage temple events and communicate with devotees
- Difficulty in generating reports for visitor data and donation insights.
These issues resulted in lower participation, manual workload, and limited donor engagement.
Solution
To overcome these challenges, we designed and developed a dynamic web solution with multiple integrated modules that improved user convenience and administrative efficiency
- Custom Website Development: Built from scratch with a unique, trend-aligned UI and responsive design for smooth performance across all devices.
- Online Donation & Payment Gateway Integration: Implemented a secure online donation flow using Xendit Payment Gateway, enabling multiple payment options including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets. This integration improved convenience, reduced cash dependency, and ensured real-time transaction validation.
- Event Ticket Booking System: Implemented a user-friendly ticket booking module for temple events and cultural programs with instant confirmation and email receipts.
- Pooja and Services Booking: Developed an intuitive feature allowing users to book poojas online for birthdays, wedding anniversaries, or special occasions—without visiting the temple physically.
- Temple Event Management: Enabled the admin team to create, update, and promote upcoming temple and community events directly from the backend with dynamic calendar views and ticketing options.
Problem Statement
Previously, the VHI Temple’s website and online systems were fragmented, non-responsive, and difficult to navigate.
Booking rituals, managing events, and providing for donations were all friction-filled, resulting in missed engagement and reduced participation from both local and diaspora communities.
Lack of pre-scheduling tools and a unified community forum further limited repeat visits and user satisfaction.
Solution
We delivered a visually rich, highly organized website and app experience with pre-date selection for pooja and donation bookings, event management tools, a member forum, and a mobile-first community hub.
Intuitive flows for booking, giving, and event participation, along with clear messaging, brought together all temple stakeholders—tangibly increasing participation, donations, and cultural celebration.
