Overview
The HRMS project aims to build an integrated software platform to manage all human-resources processes — employee data, attendance/leave, payroll, recruitment/onboarding, performance/talent management, and compliance — in a unified system. It will centralize employee records, automate routine HR tasks, and provide self-service features for employees along with analytics/dashboards for management. The goal is to improve HR efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, employee experience, and enable data-driven workforce decisions.
Problem Statement
- Many organizations currently handle HR tasks manually or via disconnected spreadsheets and systems — leading to redundant work, human errors, slow processes, and inconsistent data.
- Payroll miscalculations, delayed leaves/attendance tracking, fragmented records, inefficient onboarding, and weak compliance reporting create inefficiency, employee dissatisfaction, and operational risk.
- Without a unified view of workforce data, managers lack insights needed for planning, performance evaluation or workforce optimization.
Solution
- Implement HRMS software that centralizes all HR-related data and workflows; automates payroll, attendance/leave management, onboarding/offboarding, and performance tracking; offers self-service portals for employees for leave, payslips, personal info updates; and provides managers with real-time reporting, analytics, and compliance tools.
- The system should also support recruitment workflows, talent and training management, and enable scalable HR operations as the organization grows.
