Problem Statement
Before the new web application, the organization faced several challenges:
- Difficulty in maintaining and updating the member directory.
- Manual tracking of member subscriptions, renewals, and payments.
- No centralized platform for community interaction or discussion groups.
- Limited tools for managing events, courses, and galleries.
- Lack of a unified system for publishing news, magazines, and announcements.
